You can order directly from our site by selecting your items, adding them to the basket and finalising your payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the order has been validated.
How long does delivery take ?
📦 Orders are gathered and shipped every day of the week (except Sunday) from our local warehouse in Cameroon to various pickup points.
📲 Once our partners receive and register your package at the pickup point, you will get a notification (email and/or SMS) informing you that your package is ready for collection. 📨
⏳ The estimated total delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. 🚚
How much does delivery cost ?

Do you deliver anywhere in Cameroon ?
We currently deliver primarily in Yaoundé and Douala, either to your doorstep or via pickup points. For your convenience, the following pickup locations are already available: ✅ Yaoundé – Nouvelle Route Bastos ✅ Douala – Bonamoussadi

How do I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow the delivery progress directly from your customer account on cosmetic.com (if you have one). As soon as your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner, you will be notified of its availability at the pickup point or for final delivery.
What methods of payment do you accept ?

Can I return an item ?
Yes! You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return, under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be new, unworn, and with all original tags 💄 Unopened beauty products can be returned 🚫 Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
📩 To start a return, please contact our customer service to get a return authorization. 📦 Items must be dropped off at a pickup point in Yaoundé or Douala.
💳 Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days, depending on your payment method.
Where do our products come from?
Our fashion pieces, accessories, and skincare products are sourced from 🌍 Europe, Asia, and the USA. They’re shipped to Cameroon and securely stored in our warehouses located in 📍 Douala and Yaoundé. ✅ This allows us to guarantee fast and reliable delivery to local pick-up points for all our customers.
